$20 minimum charge

On-Site Service and Training

$65/hour, +$1.00/mile oneway

$65 minimum charge

Telephone Support

$30/hour

Minimum $10/incident

Emergency/After Hours

$100/hour, +$1.00/mile oneway

Minimum $100 charge, included on-site, in-shop, and telephone

E-mail technical support is Free for products purchased through us. A $30/incident will be charged for e-mail support on products purchased elsewhere.

We also have contract support options available.

For 1 year from purchase Date

Shareware Software

For 1 year from date of purchase for support; lifetime for updates

Technical support is available during our normal business hours 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Our technical support telephone number is (970) 526-2488. If the situation arises that you need onsite or telephone technical support after business hours or on holidays, we can provide it for the above charge.
